Artisan Bread Baking - In each acreage class you will learn to bake 2 types of bread (baguette & focaccia in one class Nov 2 and 10) or ciabatta & fougasse in the other Nov 3). We'll bake in both the wood-fired oven and the regular oven so you can take the recipes and bake at home in your own oven. You'll go home with lots of bread! $65 plus tax. Private classes can be arranged for a minimum of 5 people for an extra $5 per person.
